Short description
Mandolu the capybara and Lumi the firefly invite you to six lands of colors, shapes, numbers and animals. No words, no ads, no rush.
Description
Mandolu is a calm world to play and learn in, for children aged 4 and up. Mandolu the capybara and Lumi the firefly invite your child to six lands with 30 short games: colors, shapes, numbers, animals, memory and feelings, plus patterns and simple puzzles in Mandolu's Workshop.
No words, so every child can play
There is no text or speech on your child's screen. Lumi shows what to do: her glowing hand makes the first move. Children who can't read yet can play in any language, and every game can also be finished with the sound off.
Calm, with no pressure
There are no points, stars, timers or losing. After a mistake, help always comes the same way: first another try, then Lumi shows the move, and finally the right answer lights up. Every game has three levels, and the difficulty quietly adapts to your child. After each game the world blooms with more flowers, and a new sticker waits in the album.
Six lands
- Color Meadow: sorting and mixing colors, shades, pairs and butterfly-wing symmetry.
- Shape Garden: shapes, sizes, shadows and position words (on, under, in).
- Number Forest: counting, digits, comparing and "the same amount".
- Animal Valley: mothers and babies, animal homes and tracks, what comes first, dressing for the weather.
- Quiet Pond: memory, attention, faces and feelings, and calm breathing with Mandolu.
- Mandolu's Workshop: bead patterns, odd one out, sink or float, a marble run and first steps in planning a path with arrows.
For parents
The parent zone is behind a gate: to get in, you type digits that are written as words, so young children won't wander in. Inside you'll find:
- what each game is about and what it practices,
- ideas for playing together away from the screen,
- a play-time limit: when time is up, Mandolu yawns and falls asleep, with no countdown,
- profiles for up to four children,
- settings: volume, less motion, color symbols on items (helpful if your child mixes up colors), vibration, and the parent zone language (English or Polish).
Privacy
No ads, no accounts and no data collection. The game works offline; only the store goes online when you make a purchase. Progress stays on the device.
10 free games and one purchase
10 games are free, with no trial period and no daily limits. One purchase in the parent zone opens the whole world: Mandolu's Workshop and all the other games, including those added in future updates. No subscription. Your child never sees prices or requests to buy.
Mandolu plays in landscape on phones and tablets.
Film
A 35-second film without words, made from recordings of the game engine, with the game’s own music and sounds.
Screenshots
